License activation: Machine ID (anonymous hash of system info), IP address, operating system type
Contact form: Name, email, message content

We do not collect: browsing behavior, analytics, cookies for tracking, or any data from your REAPER projects or audio files.

3. How We Use Your Data

To deliver your license key after purchase
To verify license activation and prevent unauthorized use
To respond to support requests
To send product updates (only if you opt in)

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details. Please refer to Paddle's Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our server hosted by OVH (EU). License keys and activation records are stored in encrypted files on the server. We retain purchase data for as long as your license is active.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except:

Payment processor (Paddle) — to process transactions
Hosting provider (OVH) — to store data on our server
Legal requirements — if required by law

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction or deletion of your data
Request data portability
Withdraw consent at any time

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your license is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. License keys may be retained in anonymized form for fraud prevention.
