SoundCode Studio ("we", "us") develops and sells software products including ReaProducer and StageLink Pro. By purchasing or using our software, you agree to these terms.
Each purchase grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on up to 2 (two) machines simultaneously. The license is personal and may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
Our software includes a free 10-day trial with full functionality. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, a license key is required to continue using the software.
Since a fully functional 10-day trial is provided before purchase, refunds are generally not expected. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents the software from functioning and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting kontakt@soundcodestudio.pl.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax) based on your location.
After purchase, your license key is delivered automatically via email. If you do not receive your key within 1 hour, check your spam folder and contact kontakt@soundcodestudio.pl.
Your license includes free updates for the major version you purchased (e.g., all 1.x updates). Major version upgrades (e.g., 2.0) may require a separate purchase at a discounted upgrade price.
We provide email support for licensed users at kontakt@soundcodestudio.pl. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

The software, including all code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of SoundCode Studio. Your license grants usage rights only — no ownership is transferred.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SoundCode Studio is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, project corruption, or system issues.
We may terminate your license if you violate these terms, particularly if you distribute the software or share license keys. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete all copies.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
